You’ll enjoy all-you-can-eat pancakes, ham and scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and a drink from 7-11 a.m. The Festival’s signature event, old-fashioned butter making with a modern day twist, begins at 10 a.m. To ease congestion lines at the butter processing tables, cream will be distributed at 10 a.m., noon, and 2 p.m. Once you’ve finished making your butter, you’ll have the opportunity to taste it on some fresh Dutch oven bread courtesy of the North Central Idaho Cookin’ Irons.
